How do I return an item?

With the announcement that Swedish Automobile N.V. (SWAN), Saab Automobile AB (Saab Automobile), Saab Automobile Tools AB and Saab Powertrain AB have filed for bankruptcy with the District Court in Vanersborg, Sweden, Saab Cars North America will be suspending the processing and payment of all warranty claims. This includes, but is not limited to, the spare parts warranty. This means that all parts are sold “AS IS” and do not carry warranty coverage expressed or implied through All parts still carry the "factory warranty" through Saab Parts North America (SPNA) / Orio AB, subject to program rules and applicability. ( 05/16/2016 Revisions have been made . 2 year 24k miles Warranty, replacement only on non wear items. Pre-Approval on all warranties required via E-mail. Refunds on warranty claims at our discretion may be held until Orio (SAAB) pays the claim in question.

All returns require a written request with the accompanying prior consent of Saab USA Parts to be eligible for return. This must be received within seven (7) calendar days of the item being physically delivered to its shipping destination. Electrical Items are not returnable. Orders do ship from various warehouse locations and cannot be refused or sent back at will. Please contact us via telephone, live chat or email with your original order number and we would be happy to arrange a return.

Note: If products are damaged in transit they are eligible for replacement only if brought to the attention of Saab USA Parts within 7 days of the carrier's delivery date. All other returns carry a 25% restocking fee, this includes items refused at the time of delivery in the United States. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund under any circumstance once an order has been packaged and a shipping label created. Orders refused at the time of delivery outside of the USA will not be eligible for refund of any kind (see shipping policies for details).

Note: All parts / products that have been used, installed, painted or found to be in any other condition than "like new" are not eligible for return, refund or credit of any kind. No exceptions. This includes items received in error, items damaged in transit, or items otherwise deemed defective after the fact. Products are no longer able to be returned after 7 calender days from the time of delivery according to the carrier tracking number. This includes items purchased in error, regardless of circumstance.

All Hazmat items are shipped directly from SAAB and are not returnable.

Hirsch Performance Products. Hirsch Performance products are special order and are not returnable

Notice of Drop Ship / Special Order Parts: Special order parts are often drop shipped directly from Saab Parts North America. These special order items cannot be returned at any time after shipment. Touch up paint and fluids of any kind are consider special order products and are not eligible for return. All keys, remotes, transponders, and / or any electronic units requiring programming are not elidgible for return. Warranty coverage still applies; goods are not eligible for refund or credit.

Note: Please thoroughly INSPECT all items at of time delivery. If an items appears to have damage to it’s packaging. Please note this with delivery person and contact us immediately.

Damaged, defective or items that are missing components may be returned for a replacement only. Please email us within seven calendar days of receiving the product and provide us with the following information: Name, order number, part number and refund or replacement. Please also describe the issue with the item in question.
At this time a CALL TAG will be issued with the original shipper to pick up your return. The replacement item will be shipped out when the damaged or defective items are received here and cannot be shipped until then. The replacement item will be shipped using the same shipping priority selected for the original order.
