Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Weights are estimated and depend on the size of the item and the dimensions of the package. UPS charges for both weight and dimension.

3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping does not ensure that the product will reach you in that amount of time. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped. The time frame that pertains to the selected shipping method only applies once the order has been shipped.

We are not able to give particular delivery instructions to UPS such as time of delivery or placement of packages.

UPS only delivers orders Monday - Friday between 7am and 7pm.(Until 9 during the holiday season)

Orders that are received between the hours of 8am-4pm (EST) Monday-Friday will be processed that day. If an Item is out of stock it will be ordered which may take an additional 5-7 days before it is shipped to you. Hence, next day shipping does not guarantee that the order will arrive the very next day.

State Sales Tax: 6.25% State Sales Tax currently only applies to Massachussetts residents.
